There are three residential buildings that surround and interior recreation building and courtyard: The 26-story La Brea Building, the 8-story Boulevard Building and the 6-story Courtyard Building. Street-level retail is located on the ground floor of the La Brea Building and Boulevard Building fronting Hollywood Blvd.
